Role Overview

As our Deliverability & List Health Analyst Intern, you’ll be responsible for protecting and optimizing our email list. You’ll monitor key metrics that affect inbox placement, manage unsubscribes and bounce rates, and help keep our sender reputation strong across all campaigns and automations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor email deliverability metrics (open rates, bounces, unsubscribes, spam complaints)
• Identify and remove inactive, bounced, or low-quality contacts from the list
• Assist in segmenting engaged audiences vs. unengaged subscribers
• Track unsubscribe trends and flag potential compliance risks or content triggers
• Collaborate with the strategy and automation teams to support healthy sending practices
• Stay updated on email compliance standards (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
   

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong interest in data hygiene and system health
• Familiarity with email platforms like Klaviyo, Omnisend, or Mailchimp
• Comfortable working with lists, filters, and segmentation rules
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity for patterns and performance shifts
• Bonus: Experience with deliverability tools or list cleaning best practices
