We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective management of sales teams, development of marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical sales expertise and marketing acumen, with a proven track record in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on best practices in outside sales, account management, and territory management.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and generating leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns that align with sales goals, utilizing CRM software for tracking and analysis.
  • Conduct product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in technology or B2B sectors.
  • Strong background in direct sales, inside sales, and territory sales management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for lead generation and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on upselling and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
