Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate you will be promoting products through excellent customer service by welcoming customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions and making sure guests have a pleasant experience. Some common responsibilities of a Sales Associate include the following:

- Welcoming customers into the store
- Staying knowledgeable about our products
- Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
- Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve exchange
- Promoting special sales
- Supports sales productivity programs and highlights best practices on the sales floor and fitting room
- Lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
- Provides support in all cross functional departments, including but not limited to, store maintenance.
