Robinson Productions is a creative and marketing agency that helps businesses bring their vision to life through strategy, storytelling, and execution. We are looking for a Creative Account Associate to serve as the primary bridge between our clients, contractors, and internal team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-focused, and thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.

As a Creative Account Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client communication, overseeing project progress, and making sure deliverables are completed on time. You’ll also play a key role in managing workflows in Trello, coordinating with our editors and specialists, and keeping both clients and team members aligned.

This is a remote-first position; however, Atlanta-based candidates are preferred as occasional in-city travel may be required. Because this role includes frequent client meetings, you must be comfortable being on camera with good lighting and a professional presence. A fully functioning computer and a reliable internet connection are required.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Attend and actively participate in client meetings, providing updates and capturing next steps.
  • Maintain a professional, camera-ready presence during virtual meetings.

Project & Task Management

  • Manage client Trello boards to track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with contractors (editors, specialists, designers, etc.) to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide status updates to clients and internal leadership regularly.

Team & Workflow Support

  • Act as a liaison between clients and contractors to ensure alignment.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues.
  • Support the Founder and team in executing creative campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or achieved a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or client services (agency experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident on camera with good lighting and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using project management tools (Trello preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a fully functioning computer and a reliable internet connection.
