About the Program
Phase 1: Summer Internship (12 Weeks)
- Paid experience starting at $19/hour
- Hands-on rotations in departments like hospitality, marketing, finance, gaming, HR, and food & beverage
- Direct mentorship from corporate and property leaders
- Wrap up your summer by presenting your key takeaways to property leadership
Phase 2: Associate Program (12 Months)
- Transition into a full-time, entry-level professional role
- Continue learning with guided mentorship and training
- Work on a capstone project to present to senior leadership

Who We’re Looking For
- Undergraduate students completing junior year (or recent graduates)
- At least 21 years old by start of internship
- Interested in areas like hospitality, marketing, HR, finance, food & beverage, or gaming
- Able to work full-time (40 hours/week), including some weekends and holidays
- Eligible to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
Timeline – Summer 2026 Cohort
- October – April: Interviews & offers
- May – June: Internship begins
- August: Internship wraps with your capstone presentation
