Director of Operations

The Director of Operations will serve as the central leader of business operations, reporting directly to the physician-owner. This role requires someone who can manage daily administration, oversee staff and vendors, and quickly research and implement solutions to challenges.

You will bridge administrative thinking and technical systems to ensure the business runs efficiently while the physician focuses on patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily business operations across multiple practices.
  • Oversee payroll, HR processes, scheduling, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage finances, vendor contracts, and coordinate with CPA/accounting.
  • Handle purchasing, inventory, and cost control.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
  • Research issues, analyze options, and deliver problem-solving solutions.
  • Implement and manage technology and business systems to streamline operations.
  • Support setup and execution of new practice locations.
  • Communicate directly with the physician-owner to ensure alignment and efficiency.
