● Create contracts and invoices.
● Contact clients and actively seek new clients on and near campus.
● Build a rapport with national advertising brokers and provide them with the
publication schedule, rate sheets and contact information.
● Create the ads list once a week and send it to the editor-in-chief by 5 p.m. on
Fridays.
● Upload all ads to the issue’s corresponding folder on the server by 5 p.m. on
Fridays.
● Track weekly ad sales.
● Ensure all ad sizes fit proportionally within the page dimensions of the paper.
● Communicate effectively with the editor-in-chief.
● Attend weekly editors’ meetings.
