2026 Early Talent – Auto Finance Accelerated Talent Development Program

The Opportunity:

The Auto Finance Accelerated Talent Development Program (Auto DRIVE) is intended for outstanding and highly motivated college graduates with a desire to develop their auto finance business acumen at an accelerated pace. The two-year rotational program will begin with an immersive training experience at our Detroit headquarters where you will gain insight into the Ally brand, automotive product, dealers and how we go to market. The program provides an accelerated career path and executive exposure for those passionate about developing the skillset needed to be future leaders at Ally Financial. This unique opportunity provides experiences in key Auto Finance roles in an expedited timeframe that can ultimately ignite careers as at Ally.

The Work Itself:

  • The immersive experience and development touchpoints throughout the program will provide an opportunity to learn and execute while creating a solid foundation to launch a career.
  • The program provides participants with three 8-month rotations throughout multiple lines of business within the Auto Finance organization.
  • Within the rotations, the participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical, leadership, project management, problem solving, innovation, and communications skills.
  • Rotations will provide direct customer-facing experiences.

The Skills You Bring:

  • Ability to start on July 8th, 2026 alongside other program employees
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited university (Preferred Business or Finance)
  • Curiosity about a career in the Financial Services industry
  • Must be mobile to any of the five business centers (Metro areas in: Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Pittsburgh, and LA.) while participating in the program and may relocate at the start and/or placement time depending on business needs
  • Previous internship or professional experience preferred
  • Proven success in a leadership role (examples can be from classes, campus, community, or sports)
  • Dynamic presenter possessing strong public speaking, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • A consistent track record of success demonstrated through the articulation of quantitative and qualitative results
  • Strong candidates will possess/display excellent leadership, analytical, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
