💼 Job Overview
We’re hiring Client Partners to join our U.S. sales team in Tyler, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role with a base + uncapped commission compensation model. No experience? No problem. We train every rep to succeed using our proven systems and high-volume lead flow.
🛑 Eligibility: This role is only open to U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders for now due to regulatory and verification requirements.

🎯 Responsibilities
- Call and connect with small-to-mid sized business clients using CRM tools
- Present Zil Money's platform and align solutions to client needs
- Follow our proven outreach and closing script with your personal flair
- Handle objections and guide prospects through onboarding
- Maintain detailed pipeline notes and hit weekly KPIs
- Participate in regular team training and performance reviews
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or higher
- Experience: No formal sales experience required—just hustle and people skills
- Preferred: Any customer-facing, call center, or B2B experience

💰 Compensation & Growth
- Base Pay: $13–$18/hour (based on performance milestones)
- Commission: 10%–30% on every sale — uncapped
- Monthly Bonuses: For top closers
- Earning Potential: $35,000–$85,000/year based on activity and performance
