Manufacturing/Production Engineer

We are looking for production oriented individuals with a strong personality and desire to have direct influence and area ownership in our manufacturing facilities. Specialty refractory production requires an in depth technical understanding of the process, equipment, and end use requirements.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

-Open minded approach to training by taking an active role in production activities

-Work with people including the workforce, suppliers, and other staff

-Hands on solution approach

-Develop product manufacturing and end use knowledge

-ISO quality system – maintain and improve practices for area including product quality

-Assist in equipment improvement, maintenance, and troubleshooting

-Creativity for process, product, and capability improvements
