Application Engineer

We are looking for application oriented individuals with a strong personality and desire to have direct influence and area ownership in our team. Specialty refractory work requires an in depth technical understanding of the process and end use requirements.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

-Work with people including customers, sales organization to gather feedback to support continual product development

-Includes on-site support of our products

-Working to help develop custom solutions together with our Operations, Engineering, Technology groups

-Collecting and analyzing performance data to ensure product success

-Hands on solution approach
