Research and Development Engineer

We are looking for research oriented individuals with a strong personality and desire to have direct influence and area ownership in our team. 

Responsibilities/Expectations:

-In concert with our Applications and Engineering groups, work to develop and improve customer refractory material product solutions for our customers

-Collaborate with our Engineering and Operations groups to support current and new manufacturing material related challenges in our production facilities

-This teammate will be an important contributor to the development and setup of our new Research and Development Laboratory

-Collecting and analyzing performance data to ensure product success

-Hands on solution approach
