We provide in-home care professionals to assist seniors and those with disabilities after an illness, procedure or event. Chamberlin Care is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to clients across Orange County, CA. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals, assisting with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying living spaces.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in social activities and recreational outings.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and errands.
• Follow personalized care plans, adapting to clients' changing needs.
• Maintain a safe environment, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (for on-the-road positions)
• Ability to pass a background check & TB test
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs & assist clients with mobility
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature

Preferred:

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field
• Safety Training, CPR, and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
• Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, temporary)
• Opportunities for advancement & ongoing training

Schedule Options

• 12-hour, 8-hour, 4-hour shifts available
• Day & morning shifts
• Overnight shifts

Work Location

• In clients' homes throughout Orange County, South Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire
• On-the-road travel required for some positions
