Helpdesk Consultant

The Helpdesk Consultant position requires troubleshooting computer, network and printer problems.

He/she must be able to handle phone calls and desk-side support professionally while correctly and clearly answering questions. Be able to lift computer hardware equipment. Install computer hardware and software in offices across campus. Maintain computer peripherals, including but not limited to printers, projectors and scanners. This position requires significant training, so applicants must be available for work for one full academic year without interruption.
