Social Media Intern

Position Overview:
As a Social Media Intern at Attack!, you’ll play a key role in creating and distributing compelling content across multiple platforms. From crafting engaging captions to producing eye-catching videos and visuals, you’ll help bring our field marketing campaigns and services to life online. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing while working in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop and create original, on-brand content (text, images, and video) to highlight Attack!’s services, case studies, and success stories.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics, reels, and posts for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, FB, TikTok, and Twitter.
    • Write engaging, clear, and creative captions tailored to each platform.
  2. Content Distribution:
    • Schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the content calendar.
    • Monitor post-performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and insights.
    • Use relevant hashtags and SEO techniques to expand reach and engagement.
  3. Campaign Promotion:
    • Assist in promoting Attack!’s field marketing tactics, including in-store demos, mobile tours, events, and experiential marketing strategies.
    • Highlight the unique benefits of our services through storytelling and multimedia content.
  4. Engagement:
    • Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally.
    • Foster conversations with followers and industry professionals to enhance online community engagement.
  5. Trend Spotting and Research:
    • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep content fresh and innovative.
    • Research competitors and industry leaders for inspiration and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or similar software.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
