Creative Director Intern

Position Overview: As a Creative Director Intern, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s, and clients’, creative vision, ensuring that all projects align with brand identity and strategic goals. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional creative skills, a deep understanding of design and storytelling, and the ability to inspire and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life. A passion for growth and cultivating partnerships is a valuable bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing the editorial strategy and vision for all content created by the organization.
  • Assisting in creating mood boards, sketches, and other visual representations of creative ideas.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to contribute fresh ideas.
  • Creating visually compelling presentations to showcase ideas and progress to internal teams and potentially clients.
  • Provide feedback on content drafts, ensuring high editorial standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
  • Foster creativity and innovation within the editorial team by suggesting fresh ideas for content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to translate ideas into cohesive brand concepts and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, visual communication, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for providing constructive feedback and collaborating effectively.
  • Creativity and the ability to contribute innovative ideas for content strategies.
  • Managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently, maintaining attention to detail, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and potentially other tools like Canva.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) or willingness to learn.
