We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for coaching others, and isn’t afraid to get their hands (and apron) a little dirty. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be brewing, blending, and leading from the barista line while developing the next generation of coffee rockstars.

What You’ll Do

Lead training and development for our Knoxville & Newton, IA stores.

Work barista shifts to lead by example and model the Scooter’s Coffee standard.

Coach team members in real time to improve skills, speed, and service.

Help onboard and certify new hires, making sure they’re confident and customer-ready.

Partner with the General Manager and Store Managers to grow a high-performing, motivated team.

Keep our culture alive—friendly, fast, and full of integrity.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership and training experience.

Strong communicator who can inspire and motivate any team.

Passion for customer service and delivering unforgettable experiences.

Flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Willing to travel between Knoxville & Newton stores regularly.
