Glenview School of Arts is an art school that offers classes for children from grades K-12 and adults more than two decades. Illinois Board of Higher Education certified Art Teacher Training Program is offered for anyone over 18 with a high school diploma. 

Classes provide a fun and positive atmosphere for children to learn the basic principles and build a strong foundation in art. We also offer classes specifically built for high school AP art classes as well as a portfolio development program for high school students who are interested in pursuing art at higher levels. 

Job description:

-The ideal candidate should have a strong background in art, preferably with a Bachelor’s of Art.

-Position requires experience with traditional drawing mediums, but experience with other mediums is a plus.

-Candidate must enjoy working with children. Proper candidate will be trained.

  • After school program, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3pm-6pm; Saturday 11am-3pm
  • Art camp, summer, winter, and spring break 9am-3pm Mondays through Fridays

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glenview, IL 60025: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
