Position Title: Engineering- Management Evolution Program (Rotational Program)

Position Summary:
The Management Evolution Program is a high-impact rotational development program. Designed for recent university graduates/ Bendix co-ops & external hires looking to build a strong foundation in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Operations, or Sales & Marketing. Over 18 months, participants will complete three six-month rotations across different divisions and departments, gaining hands-on experience, strategic exposure, and leadership development.
At least one rotation will be international (Mexico), providing participants with global business experience and cross-cultural collaboration opportunities. Each project will be tailored to align with business needs, individual skills, and career interests.
This program is designed to accelerate career growth by offering direct mentorship from senior leaders, structured training, and challenging assignments in high-impact business areas. Upon successful completion, MEP graduates will have the skillset and experience to step into a successful Bendix career.

Generally, may include…
- Execution of high-impact projects tailored to both business needs and participant skills.
- Gain hands-on experience in different business units, driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and participate in projects that optimize operations, logistics, or business processes.
- Analyze data and present to key stakeholders
- Work closely with business leaders of the CVS NA region to provide strategic support, guidance, and insight into key business issues.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and business performance.
- Communicate effectively with executives, managers, and frontline employees to drive change.
- Adapt to diverse work environments and collaborate with cross-cultural teams.
- Apply best practices from international markets to drive innovation.
- Work closely with business leaders and mentors to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Program graduates may take on leadership or specialist roles.
Knowledge:
- Project management knowledge and experience necessary.
- General industry knowledge is necessary.
Experience:
- Recent graduate of bachelors or master’s program from May 2023 to June 2025.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Engineering (Industrial or comparable), Business Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, or a related area (internships, co-ops, or academic projects considered).
- Industry specific certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, etc.) are a plus.
- Prior experience in a cross-functional, matrix, fast paced business environment is preferred.

- Technology & Data Proficiency – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project), data visualization tools, and analytics software.
- Bilingual Skills Preferred – Fluent in English; Spanish or German proficiency is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering (Industrial or comparable).
- MBA or Master’s degree in related fields is preferred.
