We are seeking responsible, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable individuals to serve as Flag Football Referees for our youth sports program. As a referee, you will officiate flag football games for children grades 1-8, ensuring a safe, fair, and fun environment for all participants. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about sports and youth development.

Responsibilities:

Officiate scheduled flag football games in accordance with league rules and guidelines.

Maintain a safe and positive environment for players, coaches, and spectators.

Enforce rules consistently and fairly, using good judgment and strong communication skills.

Communicate with coaches before, during, and after games as needed.

De-escalate conflicts and report any issues or injuries to the on-site supervisor

Assist with setup and breakdown of field equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience playing or officiating flag football or similar sports preferred, but not required. We can teach you!

Ability to work with children and display patience, fairness, and professionalism.

Reliable, willing to work your scheduled shifts while being on time.

Work Schedule:

Games typically occur on Monday and Wednesday nights, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Season runs from early September - end of October.

Compensation:

Starting rate is $15-18/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
