Payroll Techinician
Job Summary
Performs all bi-weekly functions using UltiPro payroll system and Enterprise eTime timekeeping. Enters employee changes and updates, perform interface functions between payroll system and timekeeping system, create electronic payroll files, prepare and submit 401K contribution and direct deposit files. Some overtime required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of accounting/payroll experience and 1 year of working with ADP software.
- Experience working with ADP Vantage and ADP Reporting, preferred.
- Knowledgeable of spreadsheet applications.
- Must have good Excel computer skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent math skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette.
- Must understand the importance of patient and employee confidentiality.
- At the discretion of DOHC/FHC management, this position has the potential to be a full or hybrid telecommuting position.
Professional Duties
- Perform all functions in completing bi-weekly payroll for employees using ADP and eTime. Make changes and /or review in ADP for any updates. Perform eTime interface functions and verify time accurately updated in ADP. Assist manager and supervisors as needed to ensure employee time is accurately paid each payroll period.
- Audit and maintain eTime for various payroll information as may be required.
- Biweekly and as necessary receive, organize, make necessary copies, create electronic payroll files, prepare and submit40lK contribution file and file all payroll reports biweekly electronically and paper files.
- Review and reconcile for payment the monthly benefit invoives as assigned.
- Appropriately maintain - then scan into document management system all documentation of payroll changes and entries made for easy retrieval.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation Range
$23.31 - $26.92/hour
