Open Positions:
General Dental Assistant
Assist with patient care, take X-rays, sterilize instruments, and provide chairside support to dentists. You'll help ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients of all ages.
Lead Dental Assistant – Pediatric
Guide and support the pediatric dental team. Oversee daily operations, mentor assistants, and help ensure exceptional experiences for patients and families.
Pediatric Dental Assistant
Specialize in caring for children’s dental needs in a warm, friendly environment. Assist during pediatric procedures, help educate parents and young patients about oral health, and create a comforting experience tailored to children. Previous pediatric experience is a plus, but passion for working with kids is essential!
Hygiene Assistant
Support hygienists by preparing rooms, assisting with patient care, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining an efficient schedule and flow.
Pay starts at $18.00/hr for Hygiene Dental Assistants.
Oral Surgery Dental Assistant
Support oral surgeons with procedures like extractions and implants. This role requires travel between offices, either visiting a different practice each day or multiple practices in a single day. If you visit multiple locations in one day, you’ll receive mileage reimbursement at the Nevada daily mileage rate, reflected in your paycheck. Pays $21-$28/hr, must have experience.
Orthodontic Dental Assistant
Assist orthodontists with braces, Invisalign, and more. This role requires travel between offices, either visiting a different practice each day or multiple practices in a single day. If you visit multiple locations in one day, you’ll receive mileage reimbursement at the Nevada daily mileage rate, reflected in your paycheck.
Pay: Starts at $18.00/hr, up to $26/hour – Pay is open for discussion based on experience and the specialty you're applying for. Starting rates may vary.
Responsibilities:
- Assist during procedures like fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Prepare treatment rooms & sterilize instruments
- Take & develop dental X-rays
- Educate patients on post-op care & oral hygiene
- Maintain accurate patient records & charting
- Manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked
- Provide chairside support & comfort to patients
- Adhere to HIPAA & OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology & procedures
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
