Learning & Development Intern

Location: Remote
Duration: 6–9 months
Hours: 30+ hours/week

Role Overview

As our Learning & Development Intern, you’ll support the creation of resources, workshops, and systems that help Ever Lasting interns and team leads learn, grow, and succeed in their roles. From building onboarding guides to facilitating feedback loops, you’ll play a central part in making sure learning is continuous, intentional, and accessible across teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and upkeep of learning guides, SOPs, and onboarding materials
  • Help design and coordinate intern workshops, skills trainings, and shadowing systems
  • Track learning outcomes, participation, and skills development across departments
  • Collaborate with team leads to identify role-specific training gaps
  • Collect intern feedback and suggest improvements for onboarding or training systems
  • Maintain internal resource hubs (Notion, Google Drive, etc.) and ensure they’re updated and clear

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in instructional design, training, or HR development
  • Comfortable working across departments and structuring documentation
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on clarity, structure, and user experience
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, Google Suite, or Canva for guides and presentations
