Data Quality & Analytics Intern - Summer 2026
Each summer, our company welcomes students for a first-hand look into our business. Our interns study a variety of majors, and work in departments across the organization, taking on projects that have long-term impact on our business. This position is on the Data Governance team as a Data Quality & Analytics Intern in Columbus, OH.
Data Governance provides a framework of processes and tools to maintain master data for cross-functional material, customer and vendor master data while also supporting the migration of data within our enterprise template systems. We establish data quality standards, policies, business rules and data architecture guidance and have specialized processes, tools and services to provide data quality monitoring. Data Governance promotes high data quality to enable business process automation and data analytics, as high data quality is the pre-requisite and enabler for digitalization.
The duties and responsibilities for this particular position may include but are not limited to low-code and/or full code query logic which helps with data quality analysis and customizing computer programs to help facilitate data maintenance and data quality applications.
Required Education & Skills
- Strong professional communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Ability to work independently on time-sensitive projects
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028. Preference for Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial or Systems Engineering, or related majors.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus, but not required.
