Telemarketer -State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate State Farm products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales or customer service within a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Identify customer needs by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully.
  • Present and market State Farm Insurance products and services that best meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the company database.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking on the phone.
  • Coachable and eager to learn; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software tools quickly.
  • No prior telemarketing or insurance experience required – training provided.

Compensation & Growth:

  • Starting pay of $18 per hour.
