Service Support Analytics Intern - Summer 2026
Each summer, our company welcomes students for a first-hand look into our business. Our interns study a variety of majors, and work in departments across the organization, taking on projects that have long-term impact on our business. This opening is for a Service Support Analytics Intern in Columbus, OH. The duties and responsibilities for this particular position may include but are not limited to:
- Creating workflow diagrams to enhance the flow of information within and between service teams
- Conducting data cleanup and analysis to prevent downtime and expedite our service scheduling process
- Creating process documentation and conducting studies and proposing improvements to the overall process flow based on Lean Manufacturing principles
- Updating data in SAP to facilitate contract and invoicing projects
- Researching escalated customer complaints, documenting patterns, and performing root cause analysis
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivots, Macros, Formula writing, file linking, etc.) and other general computer skills required
- Some experience with other Microsoft analytical tools: Power Automate and Power BI
- Familiarity with, or interest in learning UiPath
- Ability to work independently on projects
- Solid communication skills
- Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, decision-making and multi-tasking skills
Education/Experience Required
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028.
- Major in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial or Systems Engineering, and/or Information Systems preferred.
