
Business Operations Intern - Summer 2026
Each summer, the company welcomes sophomores and juniors for a first-hand look into our company. Our interns work in departments across the organization, taking on projects that have long-term impact on our business. Joining us as a summer intern, you may work within a number of different departments. This opening is for a Business Operations Intern in Columbus, OH.
This intern's responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business process improvement opportunities
- Supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans
- Assisting with project management tasks such as coordinating project timelines, tracking project progress, and reporting on project status
- Conducting research and analysis to support business transformation initiatives
- Participating in meetings and workshops related to business transformation projects
- Preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership
- Assisting with the design and development of training materials for end-users
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong interest in technology as it relates to enhancing business strategy
- Intermediate to strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of some programming languages, or the desire to learn them
- Ability to work independently on time-sensitive deliverables
Education/Experience Required
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - May 2028. Open to Business Management, Business/Data Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related majors.
