As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are hiring for both our Woodstock and our Morrow clinic locations (north and south Atlanta, Georgia). We have full time and part time positions available!

Full time OT / MSOT benefits include:
- $20,000 sign on bonus available for full-time positions, paid out over three years. This is in addition to protected base salary and eligibility for treatment-based incentives.
- Base salary starting $70,000-84,000 annually based on experience and interview. Base salary is protected from client cancellations, makeups, or reschedules. $20,000 in incentive is available in addition to base salary, and is stackable with eligible sign on/referral bonuses.
- Eligibility to receive treatment-based incentives, paid biweekly in addition to regular base salary

Pediatric OT job responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and provide quality therapy services
- Plans and implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.
- Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Includes family/caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.
