We’re currently hiring a skilled Toolmaker to help build high-precision mold components that meet the tightest tolerances and the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, fit, and finish precision mold components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Operate toolroom equipment: mills, lathes, grinders, and manual machines
  • Prepare components for heat treatment and finish hardened tool steel parts to spec
  • Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.)
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all shop safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other machinists, toolmakers, and engineers to meet quality and delivery goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Toolmaker, Mold Maker, or Precision Machinist
  • Ability to hold tight tolerances on tool steel and perform fine hand fitting
  • Experience with plastic injection molds is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with EDM (sink and wire) and CNC machining a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Team-oriented with solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Also seeking Night Shift Toolmakers who receive a night shift PREMIUM and paid meal breaks

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Technical/trade school or apprenticeship experience is a plus
