We are seeking a reliable and experienced Wildlife Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our family farm. This role is critical in ensuring that all agricultural and conservation efforts run smoothly and efficiently, especially during planting seasons and other high-activity periods. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and skilled in managing people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including crop management, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and coordinate staff and seasonal employees to ensure productivity and accountability.
- Ensure all planting, harvesting, and wildlife management activities follow the company’s standards and seasonal schedules.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all staff.
- Communicate regularly with ownership regarding crop progress, employee performance, and operational needs.
- Monitor the health and sustainability of natural habitats and wildlife on the property.
- Help implement and manage conservation practices as required.
