Social Ecology Undergraduate Affairs Work Study Student

Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator for the School of Social Ecology Undergraduate Affairs, the Social Ecology Undergraduate Affairs Work Study Students are responsible for the clerical functions of the unit in support of staff. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide front desk coverage for Undergraduate Affairs.
  • Answer and handle all incoming phone calls.
  • Schedule advising appointments with Academic Counselors and Peer Advisors and direct students to campus resources.
  • Make copies and file documents as needed.
  • Record maintenance and data entry.
  • Use Word, Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint for projects as assigned.
  • Pick-up and distribution of mail.
  • Help with event coordination and set-up.
  • Minor housekeeping duties.

This is a work-study position. If applicants anticipate that they will be receiving work study but have not gotten their award letter yet, they can still apply, but they will eventually need their award letter to be hired and onboarded.

Applicants with a Social Ecology major preferred. This position will start in Fall quarter 2025.
