As a National Recruitment Manager, you’ll help connect talented professionals with meaningful opportunities across the country. Whether you're just starting out or looking to pivot into a new field, we provide the training and support you need to succeed.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Source candidates through referrals, job boards, and outreach
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
  • Negotiate compensation packages
  • Track recruitment activity and performance metrics
  • Build strong candidate relationships
  • Collaborate with compliance and management teams
  • Support employee performance and retention

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Self-motivated with a team-first mindset
