$5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid in increments of $1,250 at 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and one year of employment.)

In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Nursing and serve as a vital liaison between nursing and clinical disciplines, helping to drive innovation and improve programs that transform children's lives.

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping high-quality psychiatric nursing care, mentoring staff, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the hospital leadership team to improve and innovate programs.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing and clinical disciplines to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Ensure age-appropriate, trauma-informed psychiatric nursing care is delivered effectively.

What We Offer:

• Annual salary between $72,000 - $82,000 (dependent upon experience)

What We’re Looking For:

• Education:
  • BSN preferred; Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
• Licensure:
  • Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum two years of psychiatric nursing experience
  • ANCC certification in psychiatric nursing preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be at least 20 years old to apply.
  • Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check required.
  • Must be available to work occasional weekends.
