Entry-Level Civil/Structural Engineer
The Opportunity
R&M Engineering has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Civil/Structural Engineer. This remote position is for a full-time (40 hrs. /week) work schedule. The Position
As a Structural Engineer at R&M, you will work with teams to accomplish big goals. You will be provided with challenges in structural design in industrial, energy, petroleum, mining, and material handling sectors. You will develop engineering skills and knowledge in Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry and Wood as you design and analyze various structures. With a broad range of clientele, engineering careers at R&M always present something new and exciting to work on.

Preferred Qualifications
Successful candidates should have a desire to work on industrial projects. Prior knowledge and experience in these sectors are beneficial. Other qualifications include:
• B.S. or M.S. in civil or structural engineering
• Knowledge of codes (AISC, ASCE, ACI, IBC, etc.)
• Understanding of engineering processes and calculations
• Familiarity with design software: Risa 3D, Enercalc, MathCAD, Excel, etc.
• Experience in drafting and modeling, AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, etc.
• Friendly, motivated personality with a desire to serve through engineering.
