Hours: 10 hours per week

Stipend: $500 per semester + performance-based incentives

Start Date: September 2025

End Date: December 2025

Eligibility: Open to U.S. college students (undergrad or grad)

 About Deal Connect

 

Deal Connect is a fast-growing real estate technology platform that helps people find, analyze, and close real estate deals. Our tools connect users to investors, funding, and experts, including DAISI, our AI-powered deal assistant. We’re transforming how people learn and work in real estate.

 

 About the Role
 

We’re hiring motivated, creative, and self-driven college students to serve as Marketing Assistants and Campus Ambassadors. This paid internship provides real-world marketing experience, personal brand growth, and the opportunity to help students and professionals learn about real estate through Deal Connect.
 

 Weekly Responsibilities (10 Hours per Week)

 

Interns complete the same five tasks each week for consistency and scale:

 

 1. Educational Social Post (1 per week)
 

Create a post that teaches your audience something new about real estate, marketing, or investing using Deal Connect.

Example: “3 things I didn’t know about investing until I joined this internship.”

 

 2. Document Your Journey (Build in Public)
 

Film a short video or reel showing your progress, wins, or challenges as an intern.

Example: “Week 4 as a Deal Connect intern — here’s what surprised me.”
 

 3. Peer Outreach
 

Engage at least five new people each week via DMs, texts, or in-person chats. Help them download and explore the Deal Connect app using your promo code.
 

 4. Campus Visibility Strategy (Choose One Per Week)
 

Approved, scalable outreach options include:

 

 Pitching a story to your school’s newspaper

 Speaking in a class or club meeting for 2–5 minutes

 Posting in student group chats or forums

 Joining a campus podcast or radio show

 Participating in UGC video challenges (we provide prompts)

 

 5. Weekly Progress Report

 

Track your activity, post links, outreach count, and downloads using a simple form submitted each Friday.
