Ministry Residency Program
Eagle's Landing FBC is launching a two-year Ministry Residency Program designed to train, develop, and send future ministry leaders. This immersive program blends theological education, hands-on ministry experience, and mentoring to prepare emerging leaders for long-term vocational service and sending. This program will be support raised through Reliant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve in an assigned ministry track (e.g., Worship, Student Ministry, Next Generation, Missions, etc.) under pastoral supervision.
Participate in weekly training sessions to develop theological understanding, leadership skills, and ministry best practices.
Engage with your cohort and other residents through peer learning, reflective practice, and spiritual formation activities.
Attend regular service planning, events, staff meetings, and retreats to gain practical familiarity with church operations.
Take part in assessing and shaping your vocational path—whether in a local church, church planting, or other ministry contexts.
