Operations & Strategy Intern

Help CareYaya scale affordable eldercare by keeping our marketplace running smoothly and smarter.

What you’ll do

  • Track city-by-city supply/demand and recommend weekly actions
  • Run lightweight experiments (copy, flows, outreach) and report results
  • Build simple dashboards in Google Sheets; basic SQL a plus
  • Create SOPs/playbooks that make ops faster and more reliable

You are

  • Scrappy, organized, and outcome-driven
  • Strong with Excel/Sheets; comfortable turning data into decisions
  • Clear writer who can brief execs in 5 slides or less
  • Mission-aligned; marketplace or healthcare experience is a bonus
