San Diego-Based TV News Writer/Paid Internship

Company/Position Overview:

One America News Network offers an experience unlike any other, so we are looking for people who are unlike any other.

We are a 24/7 national news organization based in San Diego, California and are seeking passionate, hard-working students and alumni interested in working in the field of broadcast journalism. A typical day in the newsroom is anything but, as we cover top stories from around the nation and around the world, including breaking news and political headlines out of Washington, D.C.

OANN is passionate about delivering both sides of the story and we are seeking employees who share that drive. We are currently hiring writers, producers, editors, directors, and interns with competitive weekly pay, flexible hours, PTO, sick time, overtime pay, and exceptional benefits for full-time employees.

We understand that opportunity and growth are important in a company, and we're proud to say, we are far from being in short supply of that. Our employees start at entry-level positions, and with a bit of perseverance and a dash of hard work, move into positions that are challenging, yet equally rewarding.

While we are looking for individuals who will remain with us for the long haul, we also pride ourselves on being a stepping-stone for success in a highly competitive industry. Many of our own alumni have gone on to successful careers at other major and local networks, and we are proud to have played a role in shaping their futures.

Students past and present in the areas of Communications, Media, English, Political Science or relevant majors are all welcome.
