We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a designated portfolio of personal lines clients, including auto, home, and umbrella policies.
  • Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries accurately and promptly.
  • Provide professional guidance on coverage options and policy recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers for underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.
  • Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
  • Deliver responsive, courteous, and professional customer service.
  • Assist with daily office operations, including greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining common areas.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and optimal client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal lines insurance account management.
  • Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain promptly).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products and carrier systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
