Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing & Recruiting:
- Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Screen 50+ resumes daily using keyword searches
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates via phone and email
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with our recruiting team
- Post job openings and manage applicant tracking
Recruiting Coordination:
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrate confidence, perseverance, and a sense of urgency in all tasks
- Maintain an attitude of positivity and determination
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Approach work with problem-solving skills, high integrity, and authenticity
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field (internships or staffing agency experience a plus)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree preferred
