Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, and placement.
- Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking.
- Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution.
- Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
- Embrace full ownership of the search process in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What We Look For
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessarily required. If no Bachelor's, experience in an SDR/BDR type sales-focused role is preferred.
- Demonstrated cognitive agility and verbal reasoning
- Strong pattern recognition and judgment in unstructured environments
- A genuine interest in technology and talent markets, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Semiconductor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility
