Sales Validation Representative

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Validation Representative in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. As a Sales Validation Representative, you will be responsible for validating sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing complete and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- English/Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- 1-2+ years of quality control experience – greatly preferred
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic computing skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sales validation and record-keeping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Basic knowledge of energy products and markets is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable
Duties and Responsibilities
- Listen & monitor Sales Reps calls
- Spot violations and/or errors in the calls quickly and accurately
- Ability to successfully navigate our CRM system (Blazor), Vici, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
