CAD Designer

Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented CAD Designer with expertise in Fusion 360 to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and simulations for various projects. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical skill, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and precise designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drafting standards, internal policies, and design guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and with teams on multiple projects with accelerated schedules.
• Pull prints, work from marked-up prints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce. Assists with new hire orientation for all employees.
• Data entry of pool cover plots, converting plots to patterns, checking the pattern,s adding customizations, and converting to DXF.
• Inspecting and drawing templates from existing covers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office 365 applications, Web Applications, Email, and CRM platforms (Alere Business Applications platform preferred)

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and effectively communicate product design and installation principles to end user (IE, safe and recommended product installation, site requirements, site surveys, and other principles)
• Knowledge of the event tent industry preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of technical solutions-related experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
