Training Program Assistant

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Temporary Training Program Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of our Learning Management System (Talent LMS) and internal training coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and proven experience using PowerPoint in a professional setting.

This is a Hybrid position. The on-site requirement is to train at our Fort Lauderdale, FL office and be available for occasional on-site meetings. Work hours are M-F, 8:30a -5:30p, but has some flexibility within that schedule. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain courses in the Talent LMS platform
  • Track and follow up on course completions; notify managers of overdue training
  • Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and reminders related to training assignments
  • Assist in converting content outlines into polished Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Clear, professional communication style—written and verbal
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with Talent LMS or similar systems is a plus)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
