Join Pathway to Tomorrow as an Associate Podcast Producer Intern  where you’ll play an integral role in shaping episodes of the Pathway Podcast that highlight groundbreaking solutions to global challenges like homelessness, climate change, water scarcity, and equitable philanthropy. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the podcast host to edit interviews into captivating audio narratives, focusing on storytelling, structure, and sound design.
• Assist in securing high-profile guests and managing correspondence with prospective and confirmed participants.
• Support the pre-production process, including research and preparation for upcoming episodes.
• Lead post-recording edits, incorporating musical scoring and framing to elevate each episode’s impact.
• Help maintain and refine a music library to enhance the podcast’s overall aesthetic and tone.
• Work closely with the host and production team to develop innovative approaches to deliver thought-provoking content.
• Work with marketing team to provide data/analytics and create promotional materials for episode sponsors
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and track podcast's performance and ranking on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Podbean in all of the countries where these platforms  are available.  

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly interpret feedback, provide suggestions, and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Creative Thinking: A knack for turning raw ideas and interviews into polished audio stories.
• Audio Production Knowledge: Familiarity with editing software or class experience in audio production is preferred but not required.
• Passion for Meaningful Content: Interest in topics such as social justice, environmental conservation, water security, climate change and impact investing.
• Research Skills: Willingness to delve deeply into topics and guest backgrounds to enhance the editorial process.
• Adaptability: Willing to take initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Additional Details

• Schedule: August 18th – December 15th, 2025, 15-20 hours per week.
• Location: Remote, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace required.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship, eligible for academic credit only. May also be completed in a volunteer capacity.
