Location: Phoenix Arizona 

Type: Full-time Onsite only, no remote

Compensation: $28 per hour + commission (by year 3 or 4 $200k total compensation is expected)

The Challenge

This is a specialized printing and manufacturing role targeting clients who demand premium quality and high volumes. Finding and winning them takes skill, patience, and persistence.

  • Complex Products: Thousands of print options, specs, and styles. Every job is custom.
  • Long Sales Cycle: It may take 2–9 months (sometimes years) to land a major client.
  • Self-Driven Prospecting: Cold calls, cold emails, in-person visits, mailed kits—you own the lead generation process.
  • High-Competition Accounts: You’ll compete for customers who already have multiple vendors knocking on their door. Expect 17+ touch points before the first “yes.”

Compensation

  • Average Commission: ~6% (range 1%–10% per job)
  • Payment Timing: End of month after project invoices—not after client payment.
