Instructor Assistant

We are a health and safety training company looking for an Instructor assistant who is smart, hard-working, teachable, and compassionate. Working towards a career in a healthcare or education is a great fit for this role! Instructor Assistants who excel in this role are given the opportunity to be fully trained as instructors.   

Role: Assist Instructor to provide hands-on training and mentorship to students in an educational setting, bridging the gap between theory and practice. Help to foster a positive learning environment, facilitate communication, and contribute to curriculum development.

You have to want to work and have a growth mindset! This is not a role that will allow you to do homework or play on your phone between calls. We are busy.
