Recruitment Specialist

Awesung & Bloomsung Inc. is a professional logistics and fulfillment service provider dedicated to supporting U.S. e-commerce. With a strong presence from the East Coast to the West Coast, we assist global e-sellers with warehousing, shipping and logistics, customs clearance, T86 processing, and return services. Our warehouse footprint exceeds one million square feet across New Jersey, Georgia, Texas, and California—with more locations to come. As our business continues to grow, we are currently hiring a recruitment specialist to join our team in Fontana, CA.

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment process for office-based positions across the U.S., including drafting, revising, and posting job descriptions, as well as coordinating interviews.
  • Regularly analyze talent profiles of each department and use insights to refine hiring needs and job descriptions.
  • Lead internal training on recruitment practices, including interview questioning techniques, communication skills, and key evaluation metrics, to improve hiring quality.
  • Design and conduct recruitment effectiveness analysis by combining hiring data with industry research, ensuring hiring KPIs are met.
  • Oversee recruitment project timelines and develop annual hiring plans and schedules.
  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives, including creating recruitment materials such as posters and digital promotional content.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain effective communication with candidates to enhance the candidate experience.
  • For large-scale hiring projects, manage and coordinate the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution and complete post-project data analysis and review.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data and reports, including time-to-fill and conversion rates.
  • Review and optimize recruitment processes, assess channel performance, and propose improvement plans and technical solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

HR Process Management

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle for office-based positions, including onboarding, probation, transfers, and terminations.
  • Manage and audit onboarding and probation processes across all locations to ensure compliance and timeliness.
  • Support employee account creation (e.g., Lark, Email, Trinet, E-Verify) and initiate or approve role changes.
  • Handle the offboarding process, including exit interviews, document collection, system deactivation, account closure, and coordination with finance on final payroll matters.
  • Maintain and improve the exit interview process, analyze turnover reasons, and regularly report insights to HR leadership to support management improvements.
  • Organize and facilitate probation review presentations and ensure organizational charts are updated accordingly.
  • Address employees’ daily HR inquiries and prepare various verification or immigration-related documents (e.g., CPT, I-983).
  • Manage and maintain HR automation tools (e.g., Lark HR Base, account creation approval flows).
  • Oversee HR approval workflows and configure user access in HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR processes, with proven experience independently managing recruitment projects preferred.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English; clear logical thinking; strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage recruitment metrics for improvement and implementation.
  • Proficient in Lark, Excel, and recruitment platforms/tools.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
  • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.

  • Structured pay system: Internship rate $24–$26/hour; salary adjustment after regularization based on performance.
