Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator

Tri Tech Restoration is a full-service restoration and general construction company. We are a well-established firm with over 30-years in the industry specializing in damages related to water, fire, smoke, mold, and vandalism. We are a preferred vendor for many insurance carriers, servicing Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.The Data Entry and Compliance Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining accurate data records and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations . This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in data management and has a solid understanding of compliance requirements. Training will be provided to ensure you understand our systems, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversee compliance regulations specific to third-party administrative guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage compliance risks, conduct audits, and implement best practices
  • Reading, reviewing and responding to correspondence
  • Preparing and sending various documents, including but not limited to word documents, excel spreadsheets, PDFs, contracts, and estimates.
  • Communication with customers, insurance carries, and office personnel
  • Maintaining accurate records for internal and external databases

Qualifications and Skills

  • QuickBooks working experience is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office & Excel is required
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail

Job Type: Full-time – Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
