Insurance Sales Agent

Job description:

Are you a people person? Do you work well in a team environment? If so, please give us a look! We are searching for reliable, motivated individuals to support our growing sales team. This is an insurance sales role in Medina that offers a wide range of growth. We work directly with employers to help expand their employee benefit options, while helping to solve key issues many companies face.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the Value of Aflac’s Products & Services
  • Generate Sales via Networking, Referrals & Cold Calls
  • Schedule & Conduct Employer Presentations
  • Educate Employees on Benefit Options & Support Enrollment Needs
  • Provide Claims Support to New & Existing Clients

Requirements:

  • Must be at Least 18 Years Old
  • Authorized to Work in the US w/out Need of Current or Future Employer-Sponsored Work Authorization
